It is a sad morning of connectivity for me in the virtual world of bipolar sufferers. Evie Bear, a known name in bipolar e groups, a nurse herself by training, lost her life to the hand of her own action. I learned about it on the message board today while routinely checking her whereabouts. Evie Bear was my first contact with alice and has provided sound advice and stability that is so very fragile. We joked about her being The Bipolar Bear.

Tanvir has entered the last week of radiation. It has been a picnic thus far - what with idlis and juice, drives and sunsets.
The next phase IV chemo together with oral chemo continuing, is no cakewalk. The IV chemo will be administered in a three-week cycle starting 15 June. Tabbi will be here. So will Sujata Madhok from Delhi and her daughter Ragini.
